BRIGHTSIDE

A WORKOUT THROUGH A LIFETIME SOUNDTRACKED BY A MILLENNIAL ANTHEM

Brightside is a new workout experience that combines the energy of a fitness class with a live dance theatre performance.

Led by instructors Lydia Nutter, Freddie Hayes and Tiia Ojala this 50-minute immersive journey delves into the past, present, and future of a millennial. Together we will climb the hills of childhood dreams, face the sprints of expectation and take on the challenge of financial crisis.

A celebration of the challenges and triumphs that define a generation, and the belonging that can only be found singing and moving with a bunch of friends and strangers.

Brightside is coming to EAST DOCK in Leeds 19th - 21st & 26th - 28th November 2024. Tickets are pay-what-you-can starting at £4.
